2015 CUE Rock Star Manhattan Beach

Let's discover ways to take classroom projects and make them STEAMy! We will begin with an art exploration where participants will develop drawing (and other) skills, proving that with proper guidance, everyone can be an artist. We will explore creativity and commonalities between different disciplines' Habits of Mind, and we'll see how to incorporate creative, arts-based projects into current practice. Participants will develop a plan for incorporating a technology-based artistic element into a project they will do with their students. Digital and analog examples will be created.
